Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is proven to be fake or counterfeit (100% money-back guarantee applies).

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition with the seal and packaging intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Note: Products that have been used, damaged, or opened are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

All return/exchange requests must be submitted online only through one of the following channels:

  • Order number

  • Customer’s full name and contact number

  • Clear photos of the product in its received condition

  • A copy or image of the original invoice

Note: Requests submitted without a valid invoice will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

  • Items reported after 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or signs of use

  • Issues related to allergies, gastric issues, bloating, constipation, or headaches

  • Claims regarding QR/barcode issues or expiry dates once the product has left our premises

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is confirmed to be counterfeit or defective due to a manufacturing issue.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment or via bank transfer, depending on the case.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Cash refunds are not offered for exchange returns or change-of-mind purchases.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

  • In such cases, we will coordinate and cover the return shipping.
